i just found blank red koozies for 88 cents, and couldn't pass them up. my friends all drink their occasional soda or what have you, so i'm definitely going to personalize them for valentines day. problem is, i'm trying to come up with ways to do so. i've tried bleach pen & stencil...but since the material is all too synthetic, it didnt quite work. next i'm thinking maybe iron on transfer or just acryllic paint w/ stencil.

has anyone done this before? i'm going to keep experimenting, but i dont want to ruin the koozies because i bought out the store's supply Shocked

Hi, what a cute idea for making Valentine's day ones.

Here are some that I made...  I used thick white craft glue on fabric, wrapped the fabric around the coozie and then added a bunch of trims or whatever to them.  Maybe you could pick up some valentine's fabric and some red or pink foofoo to trim them with?

Do you have a store like Claire's or an Icing near you? I was thinking that guys (well, depending on tastes) might dig a koozie with a studded bracelet running around the top. My Icing store has a 20/$10 sale on, and lots of cheap cheezy bracelets, etc., that'd be good for hacking apart and gluing on.
Otherwise... maybe belts? Bottlecaps? Faux leather?

Anything I can reach I do myself.

ok....I'm realizing that maybe I'm spending too much time on the computer and not getting out in the real world enough. What's a koozie?

yeah, what she said!

Those are so cute, but what on earth are they? I suspect I'll feel foolish once I find out...

A koozy is just a rubbery-ish drink holder.  See above picture w/ bottled water and pop inside of one?
