It's far from impressive, but it was done quickly and cake decorating is not my specialty.  It was for my boss' b-day party at work.  The theme was astronomy related.  Everyone enjoyed it and that's all that counts, right?

you know what? i think it's fabulous. i really really like it. the meshing of the colors is what really sets it apart, i think. imagine nine of them side by side! what a project.

ohhh...i should do miniature ones of all the planets! what a great idea.  maybe on cupcakes...or i can utilize my jumbo size muffin pan.  thanks for the great idea!
