This is the Easter dress my mom made for my little....no action shots yet...she was abed when I took these.

EDITED to add action shots (FINALLY):

She wouldn't stop watching NEMO and I had to put Nemo on to bribe her to have her picture taken..so yea...

How cute! How was that kind of fabric to work with?

It's really really cute!
I would've loved to wear that when I was younger.
Dresses for every occasion!...still.
But yes, it'll be fun to twirl in!

That's so adorable!
Lucky girl. I loved those kinds of dresses when I was little.

Lol, thanks ladies!

I can't wait for Easter so she can wear it!! She has really light blue eyes so this color is going to look great on her.

I'll have to teach her to twirl in it, sh'es only 18 months old so we haven't had many twirling opportunities yet ;-)
I was going to get action shots but she's been sick with the flu! Ick.

My mom said the fabric was really easy to work with (duponi silk) my sister says it looks "snaggy"...lol
I love it, my mom is MAD talented!

What a beautiful dress!  The fabric does look like it would be hard to work with.  Kudos to your mom.  Smiley
