aka, my Woolly Beast sweater.

It actually WAS too big, just like everyone on Ravelry said it would be. Oh well, I can wear it around the house as a sort of bed jacket. And I finally learned how to do short rows. I used Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick.

I dont think it looks too big at all. I have plenty of cardigans I wear just like your beautiful woolly beast sweater. It looks really cozy warm and snuggly (which is a technical term!) x

It looks, at most, just a tad too big, but I don't think I would let that get me down.  After all, it also looks incredibly soft, warm, and cuddly!

I think that this cardigan is fabulous. Here in my little college town, most of us buy our clothes at walmart and I have seen a LOT of sweaters/jackets/cardigans lately that have this exact shape, with the foreshortened, wide sleeves. Also at Marshall's (a clothing store that sells "major label" clothing at lower prices), they have several high end sweater/jackt/cardigans that have this exact shape with the original price being somehwere between $68 and $98. SO... I think its terriffic, and right on the (beginning) edge of the trend.  Grin

Thanks for all the kind words! I think I will go ahead and attach my buttons and do all the obligatory finishing stuff and reassess then. Smiley

I don't think it's too big. It makes me think to this graceful knit in the 20's.
