I did this one about a year ago. It's really half reconstruction. The coat is made from a velvet top I had. I just made it tighter, removed a few buttons and replaced them with funky buttons. The skirt is some velvet I brought for two dollars a yard. The whole thing is based off the outfit Bubbles wore in the episode of Absolutly Fabulous where they go to Paris. The embrodery on the front of the skirt its really  dark. It's the cartoon version of me.

Replace buttons on the sleeve.
The other sleeve.

Call the cops there's a man on my chest!
