I recieved today from cassettetape!

No pix from me yet, she may have some i hope. It'd be a couple weeks before i can get to walmart to develop any film.

Cassettetape-yes I am an October 8 baby!

But I'll list what i got:
the letter is on square cardstock with a red picture of a guy with a mohawk!
Cute country chicks curtain and matching placemats!
black and gold tote with 3 green buttons and a lil white bow button
a couple little stained glass coloring books so cool!
a 2 pack of Fluer de lys push pin hangers for hanging pictures
a cute lil ducttap bow hair barrette
a set of black and bone bead earrings
6 pack of huge pastel buttons
 a pack of tissues
a button slytherin necklace on wire - love Harry potter  stuff!
a little wallorganizer in plaid and corduroy
a cute round black box filled with bottlecaps, safteypins, foil leaves, little guitar picks, and a button magnet
an huge envelpoe full of emphemera- vintage pix, paint chips, little print outs of art, a bunch of postcards, a few humungos playing cards, a couple wooden heart frames

and lastly  ( theres no way I could wait until oct 8th )
an Andy Warhol notebook - mona lisa with guns

Yay i love it all. I try to take pix of the curtain up when I get a chance.

Edit: I'll look for my cheapie digital later tonight and try to post pix with that by tommorrow.

I got pix!  beware img heavy!

And cassettetape you were silly to think the curtain was too small, it could have been a hair wider even - it just covers the window & not the frame.
But it's all good! Now there's no teared up curtain, yay.

stuff group1   (all except curtain and placemats)

stuff group1 close up

postcards

paintchips

huge playing cards   I think I'm going to win with this hand! lol

earrings

close up of cute buttons on tote

artscans

country bird placemats

closeup of fabric

top of curtain

lace at bottom of curtain

one side edge of curtain

nearly full view of curtan  (still another 2 feet to left not shown)

Like i said its a huge window. we got 4 that size and 4 just a hair skinnier.

I recieved from Kelley "Dreambelle Designs".

I loved everything. She even included a little something for everyone in the house, even the animals. Not in the pictures are the necklace for Katie (she snapped it up quick), the smarties (ate even quicker) and Casey's little "To Cool" charm (stolen from him by Katie).

Thank you so much Kelly, I especially love the leash holder!!!!!!!!!!!

My stalker was....

cnds1992

And she crafted some fabulous swappage!

Here's a group shot (please excuse the boring office backdrop):

If you aren't jealous yet, you will be!

Here's the breakdown:

A Stitch 'N Bitch book, cause I said I wanted to learn to actually knit a pattern.

A roll-up case for my knitting needles (with lovely layered pockets for different length needles).  I especially love the floral-toile fabric at the top.

PLUS she tucked in some goodies (each of which scares the begeezus out of me right now, but they will be a big help).  Circular knitting needles, cable stitch holders, and a shiny blue stitch holder.

She also made some lovely headbands for my girls.  I love the fabrics.  It's nice to have hair stuff that isn't dripping pink beads and glitter.

And my favorite thing of all...

An awesome bag from my wist,  I love big bold patterns and hoped to get a bag I can fit notebooks in for work.

And the inside is cool too.  The green lining feels like moleskin (soft and yummy) and there's a pocket made from the bold, outside fabric (which is something I mentioned loving in another thread...  it actually makes me happy to look in a dark interior of a bag and see that little pop of color).

cnds1992, everything was beautiful!  I love it all and everyone at work is super-jealous of my great haul.  They especially love the bag!  And my friend who crochets has been studying the knitting roll.  I'm gonna have to keep an eye on them and my stuff (SO IT ALL STAYS MINE!).

Thanks so much for all the hard work you put in!  As far as I'm concerned, it was time well spent!

I'm off to read my new book (so thanks for saving me from a boring lunch hour too).  You're the best!
