When I came home for Christmas Break my mom informed me that I had to make my sushi cupcakes for her work. And somehow transport them by myself to her work. So instead of regular sized cupcakes, I made mini ones and put them in Japanese bento (lunch) boxes to helpl me carry them in.

3 days, 3 pounds of white sprinkles, 3 pounds of butter, 1 pound flour, 2 pounds powdered sugar, 1 pound sugar, 110 green cupcake foils, 10 bento (lunch) boxes, 10 chopsticks later, 1 bag gummy worms, and 1 bag gummy fish later

You think I could see these bento boxes of min sushi cupcakes for like $10-20?

They're gorgeous, of course you could! They look a million dollars, great job!

Where did you get a [clean] bento box from? @__@;

I got a case at Sams club. Tho I heard that the man at the Japanese restaurant would sell them to me in bulk too. For like 50 cents to a dollar a piece

Those rock!  I might be a little weirded out eating one of them but for cupcakes I would warm up to the idea pretty fast.  You did an awesom job!

What a cute idea! The little white sprinkles mimic rice so perfectly!
