I really needed something in the in-between size.  Bigger than a clutch and smaller than a hobo.  It had to have a long strap and set close to the body.  Here is what I came up with.

Here is the lining.  You can kind of see the top of the little pocket I put in for my cell phone.

That is really really cute. And wonderful fabric colors.

I'm yet to master the zipper.  Sad  But your zipper skills look great.  Smiley

i really like the colors you picked.  Smiley  and the purse itself is nice too.  I like the size.  As, I dont like using big bags or tiny ones.  I like the mid sized ones.

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

WOW! I walk with a cane, so I know what you mean about needing bags just the right size with long straps that fit close to the body. You win a ton of cool points for this one--the fabric choice is perfect and I love the size. Good going!

Don't you hate it when people fill up their signature with random junk you could care less about reading but when you see how long it is you figure it has to be important so you keep reading but it's not worth your time and you just wasted a whole minute reading absolutely nothing at all? I do.
