Tee shirt from bed sheets!!

I once thought that the Tommy Hilfiger pink jersey sheets at winners were a good idea.

Years later, I decided they'd be better as a shirt!

I made this shirt from the sheets:


I made it because I owned this shirt:


And the construction of it was so simple, I literally pinned it to my sheets, cut a seam allowance around it, and sewed it into a shirt!

Lately I decided it was too plain, so I never wore it.  I also love the tee shirt embellishments on My Mama Made It (she's a genius!) So this was the perfect opportunity to try one!

Here's what I came up with:

One more because I probably spent more time modeling than I did to adding the ruffle!
