So my grandmother got cancer again, and since her favorite color is pink, I thought I'd make her a ninja bunny, because a ninja bunny can help kick the cancer's butt
So here it is! (sitting on my star afgan that I am currently making)
With a G hook a WW yarn, ch 8, turn
Sc 6, put 3 scs in next st, sc 6 on the other side of the ch, 2 sc in next st (DO NOT TURN!!)
2 sc in first sc made, sc 7, 3 sc in next st, sc 7, 2 sc in next st
2 sc in next st, 21 sc
22 sc around until the bunny's head/abdomen is approx 2.5 inches long. Do not tie off!
6 sc, join to the other side, so you get a 11 st ring
11 sc around for 5 rounds, then dec every stitch, break off.
Join yarn to the other side of bunny (where the hole is left for the other leg)
11 sc around for 5 rounds, stuff body and other leg, then dec every stitch, break off.
ch 6, turn
sc 4, 3 sc in next sc, sc4 on the other side of ch, 2 sc in next ch (Don't turn!)
2 sc in first sc made, sc 5, 3 sc in next st, sc 5, 2 sc in next sc, break off.
Add facial details and sew to the head.
4 sc in second ch from hook
2 sc in each st (
8 sc for 5 rounds
*sc 1, dec 1* continue from * to * around (5)
5 sc around for 5 more rounds, break off
Attach ears and a pom-pom tail
Now put your ninja bunny to kick-butt use!!!
(If you have any problems with the pattern, just ask me and I will do my best to help you!)
I don't mind if you give your bunnies away, but please don't sell them or my pattern!
