This is the 3rd dress I've ever made.  I used a pattern for everything except the back and the bias tape around the arms, top and back closure.  I also created a button hook out of fabric on the back top to close the back.  I also added a belt around the middle because it didn't quite look right without it.

Thanks for the comments.  I got the fabric at Joann Fabrics...It's one of those that says exclusively made for Joann Fabrics on the side.  It was in the regular quilting fabrics.
