What is that jiffy cake mix stuff? I live in Sweden, and as far as I know, we don't have anything like that here.
Anyway, the rolls look really yummy!
cake mix, you can use 9 ounces of cake mix

What kind of cake mix? I think there might be mix for some sort of sponge cake, but the sponge cake I make myself from scratch is much better...
But, could sponge cake mix work, or is there supposed to be some other kind of cake mix?

I just use regular cake mix. You can always experiment though.

What is regular cake mix? What kind of cake do you get when you use that? I don't think I've seen anything like "regular cake mix" in the stores here in Sweden. Most people here make things from scratch when they bake, or they don't bake at all and buy ready made things.

http://www.jiffymix.com/mixes/m_yellow.html  here is what the Jiffy  box  looks like. maybe you can compare as to some boxed cake mixes you have in your store.  Our sponge cakes are different from cakes.  you can always PM me if you are interested in a  trade for some jiffy mix I would consider swapping.

Oh, thanks a lot!  Smiley That picture and the ingredients list on the page helped me figure out what that stuff is. It looks pretty much like what I call sponge cake.

In school here in Sweden we learn British English, and some things on TV are American, some are British.
Cooking and baking words differ in USA and England so it can be quite confusing for someone who doesn't have English as a native language.

I  figured that ingredients and picture would help. I have friends over seas that have come here and tried to cook adn  things were very different for them too. so I  had to help them out too.  I knew some things were different. took her a long time to know what I meant by cookie and if I said biscuit we really had a good confusing moment. LOL
