Love the hat and the colors you used...Have 1 question...which rounds are the right side, or is it the same inside and out?

When you knit in the round you're always knitting the right side.

Okay so I tried to start this and I'm really having a problem with the KF&B - does anyone know where I can find a video of this or just really basic instructions?

Awesome hat! I think I might just have to give it a try.  Also, you did perfect on writting the pattern.  I get easily confused by knitting patterns, but I think I can do this one!! Thanks so much for posting it!
