I finished this and wove in the ends yesterday. Just in time for my dad's birthday. I made it with 15 stitches instead of 10, but I wish I'd have stuck to the 10. I was knitting really really tightly at first, so I thought it wasn't going to be wide enough with 10. I figured it out a bit more towards the end. Unfortunately, I did find out that I knit the whole thing with twisted knit garter stitch. Oops!

(Not sure why the first img link didn't work unless it's because I don't have enough posts yet.)

Anyway, I've been crocheting for a year now and my friend decided it was time I learn to knit as well, so she got me the Stitch 'N Bitch book for my birthday. I am having a great time figuring everything out! There's a few projects I can't wait to make, so I'll be on here more.

Thanks! It was a really fun first project because it went so fast. And my dad liked it, so even better!  Smiley
