So what is jello soap??

Jello Soap is fantastic.  Lush makes a ton of different types.  I bought the plain package of gellitan and added dish soap, a biodegradable type.  (Au natural!)  There are lots of recipes online.  Give it a try.  It's said to be best chilled before use. 

LINDSORIAH!!! The package is awesome, and it came right for my birthday! 

Lindsoriah has sent me a bathrobe complete with an owl, mushrooms and a monogrammed A... for Amy!  YAY!!!  It's so sweet.  I can't wait for you all to see it.  As I've told Linds, I just got back in town last night and will be retailing a festival, it's our first one!  We leave again tomorrow.  =/  So, I hope to have a decent camera, when we come back home so I'll model them and post pics then.   Maybe Lindsoriah will post pics before then.  Lots of love, all of you!!  Thanks again Linds!!!

OK I found some pictures of the robe! Turns out I did remember   After making mcook's hoodie for the Amazing Hoodie Swap, I am obsessed with felt applique. It is so much fun! And easy! And accessible!


The embroidery-- A for Amy


The back-- a felt applique owl and some antlers/branches


The front bottom sides-- a red and yellow mushroom with white spots and grass

She said she liked white, gold, and green, as well as antlers, owls, and mushrooms. And she wanted a robe. So I pretty much knew what I was going to make. I'd have liked to have sewn it myself, but not having done one before I just got a soft one at a store.

I also sent her some honey/almond oil/brown sugar scrub in a matching jar and some pure beeswax taper candles.  I'm so glad you like it Amy! 

** If you're wondering, I did send late, and then Amy was out of town, so her actual receipt of the package is very delayed. The swap is officially over!

So sorry for the late post, but here are the stellar goodies Nemaihne sent me, I am totally spoiled.

there are four different flavors of bath salts, a sugar scrub, a honey pie soap that smells devine, some aromatherapy stuff for the bath, pedicure socks, a scrubby sponge, a scrubby brush, and a face buffer, oh and a pumice stone and some yummy cheesecake lipbalm



there is a pedicure kit in a lovely hand painted box that has nail clippers, files, nail polish, lotion, and an exfoliating scrub...there's also chocolate soaps that smell good enough to eat, a chocolate milk bath she wraped up to look like a huge hershey's kiss, another yummy brownie scrub and a coffee milk bath

i bet a lot of people are.  i know several people missed out on this round.  You should post and see what times people would be able to do it.  Heck I might even be in!!  But not organizing this time. That was hard.
