I finally took the plunge into sock knitting.  And of course they have to be be brightly colored knee highs.

Pattern: Birken-Grrl Knee Socks
Yarn: Moda Dea Sassy Stripes in Crush







I had to make a few mods to the pattern.  The first sock I made came out too long and loose.  You can check them out on ravelry.

OOh You're very brave to do kneehighs for a first sock...I suck at shaping the calves...so I just stick to shorter socks. lol
