OK, I've actually made another pair, but they were knit flat on size 11's and seamed, and they're more like slippers anyway. Wink

The pattern is from the 2008 Knitting Pattern a Day calendar and I used Senso Harlequin crochet cotton.  Enjoy!

Great socks . I have never tried a pattern before and have at least two unfinished pairs. Is this calendar available on line?

great job; especially for a first try.  i've attempted socks but either failed at the intricate patterns i've picked or gotten bored of the same rows over and over again.  that was a good idea to knit in the flat, though.

The calendar is unfortunately not available online.  Sad
I'm really glad that I started out with a flat pair, because I figured out a lot about the construction that helped for doing these in the round.
