I live in Salem, NH and am constantly here there and everywhere in Salem/Manchester/Nashua. Does anyone know of any LYS's in any of the following towns:
- Salem
- Nashua
- Manchester
- Pelham
- Windham
- Derry
- Merrimack
- Hudson

Or any of the surrounding towns? I don't know of anywhere to buy yarn in that area except your standard chain craft stores and the big Wal*Marts. Right now I have a pretty good sized stash (inherited from my Grandmother-In-Law, mostly acrylic/acrylic blends), but am thinking of trying to make an afternoon pilgramage or two this summer to get some better yarn for when I start in on Christmas gifts.

Well it is about 35 from Manchester but TOTAL worth the drive- the Fiber Studio in Henniker!

you will feel like you've gone to heaven! They have hand spun wool and hand dyed wool and so many beautiful fibers there.
You will love it!

There is also one off exit 2 or 3 near Salem.  I think it's a sister store to Yarn and Fiber Co, but I'm not sure.  Here is a map if that helps.

There is also one off exit 2 or 3 near Salem, but I can't for the life of me remember the name of it.  Sad  It's kind of on the way to Canobie Lake I think.

Oh really? I live off of exit 2... I know that America's Stonehenge sells alpaca yarn from their alpacas. Smiley

I will have to check that out next time I'm in there.  I didn't know they sold it.  I'll have to be sure to bring a little extra money just for that.  Wink
