This is my second poppet.... I loved the idea of creating a centaur and it was fun to test my skill in creating patterns. Learned a great amount… the first horse body look like a bull…which is funny since I started with the bambi pattern posted on Craftster. The next one I increased the feet and thinned the curves inside the legs which also helped her stand on all fours better. I played with her body to the horse legs a few times.... I still want to try a second centaur.

I like fabric with nap.... details like boobs, paws and the nose work better.... needle crafting looks so ugly with wrinkles.... I didn't finsh the paws or boobs with level of detail that I like Sad

I just can not stop making sweet looking toyes..... cute is my Default.

I like this body much more! She looks a lot more stable. Maybe some wild eyes and some horns would make her look less cutsie?

I like her very much!  I like the curve of the hind leg, very realistic.  And her eyes are really cool too!

I have been wanting to make a female centaur type of doll for a while and you have completely inspired me.  I was having issues with finding a free horse pattern online but maybe I could try the bambi pattern that you used.
