Ok, so I don't watch the tv show the office, so I need help from those that do.  Can someone tell me some fun facts about this show.  This is info I need for a swap.  Thanks for the help.

You can also watch some episodes on nbc.com, earning the writers some money now, presumably, since that whole writers' strike thing is over.

But okay, fun facts...

Dwight runs a beet farm/b&b.
The IT guy is not a terrorist.
Scrantonicity is dead. Long live Scrantonicity II.
Ryan is also one of the show's writers. So is Kelly.
Some of the actors, like Angela and Oscar, use their real names on the show.

Is that what you're looking for at all?

I love this show! Grin

The site mentioned earlier is a good place to find info. Try the Dunder Mifflin link also. http://www.dundermifflin.com/

It's set up to resemble a documentary about an office staff that is facing down sizing, etc.

It's dry comedy at its best.

Dunder-Mifflin  (an office paper company) in Scranton, PA is the setting.

Anything with Dunder-Mifflin or Scranton on it would be cool.

Schrute Bucks are funny.

They often play practical jokes on each other like putting a stapler in Jello. This would be a great idea for a paper weight (resin, not Jello) for a fan of "The Office".

Thanks for all the info.  Smiley  I am going to check out all the links.

Do you think just scranton stuff would be cool?  Like pictures, postcards, newspaper and stuff like that?  Or is that dorky?

I'm from PA and saw a tv piece recently about how The Office made Scranton popular for these items. I think your swap partner would love Scranton items!
