I put up this paintable wallpaper as a faux tin backsplash in my now fabulous basement bathroom. Thoughts?

Proof that great minds think alike.  I have been dreaming of using that stuff when I finally own my own home.  I love it! Cheesy

That's a great look. I also really like the sink and faucet... unique for a bathroom!

I love it!   Cheesy

We are going to rearrange our kitchen next month and I've been trying to come up with an inexpensive but wonderful backsplash treatment...I think you've found it!

Thanks for sharing Smiley

I've love that tin ceiling look but it was always so pricey. I love your alternative!
Any major store you can reccomend to get it at?

my fiancee and i are renovating our house and we're going to start the kitchen soon, and i wonder if this would work in a kitchen where it'd get more wear n tear?

We put this on our bathroom walls years ago and I used a sponge dip in paint and lightly brushed it over, it will hit the raised area. I really like it wished we could still get around here. It has held up good over the years.

that is a great idea. is it cheaper and better look than the plastic ones at home improvement stores? i've been thinking about doing that in my kitchen.
