I have a horrible case of ADHD (no, really, I do!), so it is a damn miracle when I complete a project...here's some ALMOST completed and completed projects.  Tips, comments, criticisms very much appreciated!

This is a scrap quilt I made out of men's old plaid shirts...now, I just have to save my pennies for the batting and backing (yes, that really is my cabin in the background Smiley )

I have always wanted to try English paper piecing, and here's my first attempt with one inch hexagons--

The recipient of the wall hanging...

I absolutely LOVE to hand applique!  It's one of a collection of blocks for a swap...

A stained glass quilt wall hanging that I am NOT happy with...I think I used heavy iron on stuff to attach the large pieces to the base fabric, along with the iron on bias tape and now I can't stitch through it to reinforce the bias tape!  Anyone wanna give it a new home?

I love, love, love the quilt you show hanging outside your cabin.  It is simply beautiful.  I love everything about it.   I also love your cabin.  How great a setting?  The picture you took is awesome, I'd frame it and hang it on the wall.  I love quilt art.  You are a very talented quilter.  Whomever gets that quilt will be very lucky.

I made the same Hatchet block star quilt for a friend's baby in plaids, too; your quilt top looks great!  Cheesy

Did you get the pattern (Smokey Mtn Stars) from Quiltville.com? Bonnie has some fantastic scrap patterns and I highly recommend her site to anyone looking for scrappy quilt patterns.
