The tentacle charm is polyclay and a ton of work. I burned the first poor little one, but that one came out well.

Here's what I got in return:

Necklace, earrings, crocheted (?) octopus-like creature.

Paper-mache (?) squid - sorry to make you all tilt your heads. Smiley

Thank you, Flying Betty. Smiley

It's pretty rad that you got a lot of squid stuff Cheesy I tried to do up the squid thing, but like someone else said, they just kept turning out like penises, hehehe. SO awesome. This was my first swap and I had no idea that people go so crazy, I'm going to make sure that I have way more time to put into my next swap so I can be one of the awesome ones.

Seriously, so far everything has just been stunning.

It's horrible!  Especially when my octo/squid crafting was done around my kidlet.   Cheesy   I couldn't bear another "But what's that?" question, so I stuck with easily recognizable octopi!

Thank you for all the compliments on the squids, everyone!
There is a seller on Etsy who made the pattern - it's only something like $3.50 for two patterns. I would recommend checking it out since they work up really quickly and are soooo cute!

Here's my octopus goodness from sarahswingset!

Everything altogether: pink felt octo pin with a pearl necklace, oceany tote bag with octopus applique, and screenprinted coral pink tee shirt! Everything is so cute!

Close up on the amazing print on the tee. It's the perfect color pink too! How did you make the octo print? It's sooo cool!

Adorable pink octo pin, I *love* the pearl necklace detail!

Cute cute bag with some awesome free hand waves stitched to the top! Wish you could see it in person! Sorry I was too excited and didn't get a chance to iron it yet, it's still fantastic!

And you all had cute action shots so I'll add my own!
Please forgive the horrible lighting  Angry
The shirt fits me purrrfectly, thank you!

Thank you so much Sarah for everything!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
