heyas! well i went to salvation army and bought some t's to do some surgery. one of them was a long-disired boy scout shirt, but its very big and i have no clue what to do with it.
any ideas?

I found my boyscout shirt in the garbage, But I dont wear it anymore. You just want to make your shirt smaller? Maybe you could make a tank top. or a corset out of it, leave the pockets on the front chest and put the pins on there, so Its still obvioiusly boy scouts. Seems like it would be cool. Post the pics when you decide what to do with it

If there isn't a design on the front too much, or maybe do this any way, cut down the front and take in the sides to create a nice little sweater. Idk, just a thought.

I made these for ReadyMade magazine about a year ago, it's a set of dinner napkins...



I'm trying to make a matching set of placemats as well.  Can't wait to see what you come up with.

thank you! i saw those just recently and i thought that was a great idea. thanx!
and i am still sitting on my shirt, i was thinking about resizing it or making a shrug out of it, but a napkin is also a great idea if they others end up being a botch!

I see scout shirts at the thrift store all the time and I always I think how cute they would be if they were dolled up and girlified.
