I received my wonderful package from Shelichan for the Blythe/Pullip swap round 6, and just had to set aside my other projects to make Moira Bea a little top to match the ensemble.

I came up with this:

The back:

It laces up the back with crocheted cord, but I think I'll try to find some fine ribbon that'll coordinate with the rest of the ensemble.  (Thanks, Shelichan!!)  Maybe brown or pink.

I'm really happy with it except for just a few little issues, but those were to be expected since I just cast on and crossed my fingers and winged it, and I didn't swatch, so I had to crochet to get the back to close.  But now I KNOW I could duplicate it in whatever color I wanted.

Thanks!  It makes it a bit of a ceremony to get her dressed, but it looks better than I expected and Moira Bea shouldn't always be plagued with ugly snaps.  Cheesy

The top is really cute! I love how it laces up at the back, its a really good way of doing the top up.

I'm making a blanket for my uni room as it gets so cold! If you can make/spare any 5X5 inch squares of crochet, I'd happily swap you for something! Please PM me!
