I refuse to get swap anxiety, the official sendouts aren't until 4/14....
Plus, luckily, my partner (psyche) isn't planning on sending until pretty much mid april - perfect partner for me! That also ensures this board has a nice sprinkling of pictures over the coming weeks. I can check out other people's craftiness for inspiration before sending out my own package, hehe.
Can't wait to see how people interpret 'going green'. Bet y'all will make amazing stuff!

I've been sewing like a crazy person for the past couple of days.  I sew by hand, so everything I make takes quite a while.

If I have to sew by hand I would never finish anything!!! Shocked

Hand stitching?  How awesome!  The only way I can sew is by hand.  I'm terrified of a sewing machine.  I try now and again when I can't avoid it, but mostly it's by hand.

Ooh.. I was the most procrastinative (I'm coining words) hand-sewer ever. I just really dislike it. The day I got a machine was the first day of the rest of my life.

(Although I am a bit procrastinative for this swap, but it's all for good reason! Plus I already know what I'm making!)

woo!  I just sent out for Pinokeeo!

I like hand sewing, as long as its for something interesting.  I don't like sewing curtains, because it is one really long boring seam.  I don't really trust machines at all.  I'm sort of a control freak, and so I like to hand sew, so I can decide exactly where I want each stitch.  (bleck, now i sound like a crazy.)

But, I didn't waste any electricity on the package!!!  that's green, right?
