my friend aya and i tried to make these string dolls as seen on: http://www.kamibashi.com
does anyone actually have a tutorial for these... they were a bit of  a challenge..

Hi!!
I like yours, but if you want them more like
the others , maybe try with Styrofoam ball
so you use less string and may at the end
of the hand and feet a wood bead glue to
the doll's skeleton to make it look rounder
