I always try to reuse packaging too.  I had someone tell me a long time ago how "not cool" that was.  I responded with a link to how many trees have to be chopped for mailing supplies.  Cheesy

As long as the old addresses can't be seen and the package is sturdy enough to make it through another bout with the postal service (with the help of good ol' packing tape to keep it sturdy), and you aren't a big fancy-schmancy business needing to look professional, I don't see how reusing packaging could be uncool! And fancy-schmancy businesses needing to look professional can have their packaging made from recycled materials.  Grin

I have a Greenleaf 56-piece (probably missing a few pieces) dollhouse wooden furniture kit from the early 1980s, 1"=1' scale... I've glued the simpler furniture pieces together already. It's all unfinished wood and would be useful for altered art; I just don't have a space where I can lay it all out and work on it anymore. if anyone wants it put it on your wishlist and I'll claim you for it.

i have folding doors to my craftroom (what used to be the 3rd bedroom) - and the doors are covered with cards I've gotten... a bunch from my b'day last year, that was pretty cool!

I reuse my packaging material as much as possible and what I don't reuse, I recycle because Santa Cruz County is fabulous and we can recycle everything. I also keep my cards.

Hey Fiber People: I am very interested in personal swaps for painted/dyed roving or top. I can swap supplies or crafted items. Let's talk!

I love to make aprons!  If you are an apron fanatic put one on your list and I will try to claim you.  I get so bummed when I see a list with an apron that has already been claimed.  I wanted that claim so I could make an apron.  Seriously, I really like to make them and I can do so many different styles and I have a huge fabric stash.
