I know I've seen these on at least one person's wist, but I can't remember who. If anyone wants one, put it on your wishlist and I'll try to claim ya.

I've wisted it now.... so pretty! Did you make these?

Yes, thanks! (Though the birds & twig is a charm, I just added a bead to the nest and the chain.)

I LOVE that necklace!  Rackycoo made one like that for Batgirl in the bird swap, but I think she used a blue "egg"!  I need one.  I keep meaning to buy the charm, but forgetting!

I was a Joey McIntyre girl myself. I had a life sized poster of him and those huge pins that I'd wear on my jeans. I also had huge crushes on super young Leonardo DiCaprio and Johnny Depp, and I still love them both!

Oh yeah Johnny Depp!!  He was soo cute in Nightmare on Elm Street!!  Mine were Huey Lewis and Rick Springfield when I was like 10 or so.  My mom liked to constantly remind me they were old enough to be my daddy!!

Try this one - http://www.woolfestival.com/articles/eggdye.htm - I've done it with Wilton's food coloring gel, it looks similar. Wear gloves, or use hand dish soap to get the color off your hands.

What kind of beads do you use for the melted bead bowl?

We always pick up tons of easter egg kits at 75% off as my kiddos like doing it year round and don't like using natural dyes (I was all for it, they were not the least bit interested although the purple carrots did really produce a gorgous color).  I think I will try dyeing fabric with them with the easter egg dyes as well (as there is always all that dye left over as long as no one attempts to color the whole floor with it  Sad )
Thanks for the link Smiley

thanks for the tutorial!

for the melted bead bowls, I use 8mm faceted plastic ones - they're mostly round, with all the facets, I get them at Joann's, Michaels or Walmart...  i go for the transluscent ones, the opaque ones get pretty stenchy, and we live in an apartment...... something about the smell of burning plastic!

I am so confused by the new icons. I do not have childhood TV crushes that come to mind. I do not even have any celeb crushes now! However when I was between the ages of 3-5 I loved Tom Petty, my parents even bought me a guitar to play while watching Tom on MTV.

With that said I just want to say I am still going through PayPal hell. I got some money back but they owe me $116 and say I have to deal with it through the bank. Then Mcafee takes $40 out of my acoount for yearly dues yet I am not using the service due to it being crap! My stomach is in knots and all I do is sleep. I am so stressed out!
