What an ingenious idea to make some good use of those plastic bags.  I like this idea very much since I don't crochet (but then again I had serious hookin' overdose a few yrs back by doing a room rug--big rug).  I like the idea of putting it as a welcome mat.I wonder what my kitties would make of it. lol

That is awesome!  How long did it take you?

I might have to try this, although our kitties have a strange affinity to chewing on plastic...

How do you actually latch hook something?  Do you buy a that grid thing at a craft store?  Me confused!

But this is an awesome way to reuse plastic bags and I bet it IS soft!  If the awesome ppl on craftster continue coming up with these great ways to recycle bags, we'll be through the lot of them in no time!

I can see this as an outdoor rug too & so my collection is going to get bigger & it will give me something to do & very cheap  ....  any use of the plastic bags if not recycled are better to be used than  to go to the dump... thaks for sharing the inspiration
