From Lace Style, the Retro Redux Shrug.

<--  geek  Roll Eyes

I made the sleeves a little shorter and took out the short row shaping in the collar.  I would do it again in a less fuzzy yarn.  Also, after knitting for almost five years this is the first garment that I have actually worn.

Cute! It fits you nicely, I like how it matches your headband perfectly Smiley

Hey Fiber People: I am very interested in personal swaps for painted/dyed roving or top. I can swap supplies or crafted items. Let's talk!

Every body wants a rock to wind a piece of string around.

Adorable!  I tend to see shrugs made with thin yarn, but I really like your chunkier version.  It looks so cozy.  Smiley

Really cute shrug: it looks very pretty on you!  Isn't your headband the "Molly Headband" pattern from Interweave??  I love that pattern...I've made two headbands myself.

That's it!  I wanted to mention the headband in my post but I couldn't find the pattern to give credit where it was due.  I have made one other headband from that pattern.  I love it.

Thanks!  I like that it is a little on the chunky side too, I just don't know how much use I am going to get out of it here in the south.

Oh, it's just kittens.

I want to leave this world the way I came into it:  naked, screaming, and covered in someone else's blood.
