For my mom's birthday I decided to make her another bag because the one I made her for Christmas didn't really work. 1) It needed to be bigger 2) It didn't have a closure 3) I wasn't really sure if I liked the fabric...but I like the fabric I used for this bag much better ^_^ I also made a few matching things to go along with it.

This is the bag:

This is a pouch I made for her. I like this kind of pouch because coins and other small items most likely won't fall out...it's good for me since I haven't tried a zipper pouch yet. =P

I also made her a tissue holder by using the awesome tutorial by the awesome pjherbert. Here's the tutorial:

And lastly I made a tea wallet thing..

And I guess since I'm taking Home Economics at my middle school I decided I wanted to try and make her a cake too....I'm just glad I had lots of frosting!

Thanks for looking! Any comments are welcome! ^_^

Awww, it's so sweet that you made these things for your mom---moms are awesome!  The tissue holder is adorable, and the cherry fabric is PERFECT.

Oh, it's just kittens.

Thank you all! I actually used the cherry fabric as the lining for the bag I made her for Christmas! I had a little bit left over so I used it.

I agree with VeggieJess, I can't believe that you are in Middle school.  It looks like you have been sewing for YEARS!!!  Great job.  I'm sure she is proud to carry a bag you made!  I know I would be.
