Thanks for all the kind words Smiley  The yarn is noro silk garden lite.

DonnaBroom, this is one easy piece of crochet... all you do is chain multiples of four... in my case I did 4*8=32 chain then SC into 8th ch from hook, chain 5 then single crochet into 4th ch from hook... continue across ending with sc in last stitch... chain 5, turn sc into  5 chain space, chain 5, sc into next 5 chain space all the way to the end... continue until piece of work is desired length

I love this scarf!!!  And thanks so much for explaining how to make the fishnet pattern.  I tried it last night and it is soooooo much fun.  Talk about mindless crocheting!
