Buttoned-Up Legwarmers (almost spats) with basic tutorial

OMG that is EXACTLY what I need! I just got this great new black skirt, but I didn't know how to wear it since it's still really cold where I live... But these legwarmers would go GREAT with it! I just hope I can make them as neat as yours... Double thumbs-up!

Oh, those are too cute!  I'm going to have to make a few pairs; I love wearing skirts and dresses, but I hate getting cold feet/legs.  Perfect (stylish) solution.

OH MY GOD!!! they look so awesome, I love it but in my place it is already hot   I wish have seen it before, my winter here is as your spring (I think)... all the hats and scarves always stay without use
