Fantastic! Very steam-punky, though it's possible I'm seeing that because I was just looking at steampunk hats. Smiley

That is so cute. I'm such a fan on leg warmers and buttons are so cute. My sewing machine is broken right now cause it's a lemon but once it's fixed ou la la la Let's just say Imma have a few pairs. Haha.

And I really like your tights.

I saw these and I was like, "hey! someone made rockin' spats!" And I click on it and I find out they are in fact almost spats! It made me very happy. You are awesome. I rejoice in finding fellow lovers of random Victorian-ness. Love the look, love the literature!

Great fabric choice, too--it makes them look super classy.
And it's SO hard to find heels with the rounded toe...I have some very similar ones, but the strap is a lot thinner. Yours are way cuter! Mine are Italian or something but I picked 'em up at clearance for 20 bucks on a day when I was having bus issues...yay for random shoe finds! Extra hurrah because most of the time I don't want to pay more than 20 bucks for shoes, hah.

I really think these leg warmers would make plain black heels way more versatile...you could go all elegant gothy or cute little girl or just randomly awesome with the same pair of shoes, just slightly jazzed up.

I will add to the love. Woot!

I think I would need mine more fitted--I also have Scandinavian calves, thanks to my mother. And to make these work I would need them to fit n' flare, so speak. LOL
