I'm making everything for the girl's easter baskets this year. My oldest is getting a bunny (which is in progress) but my youngest is super obsessed with mermaids, so I made this last night. Its mostly handsewn, and I had a TIME with it. Flipping the tail back right-side was a nightmare,  plus I've never sewn on hair before. I made her sleepy because I don't have any paint for her face right now. I love the way she turned out.

Everything is felt but her tail, which is green upholstery fabric I found at big lots, lol. (Her hair I found at a thrift store for .10, and I still have tons!) She totally rocks because realistically, she cost about around 50 cents (and almost 3 hours) to make. Cheesy

Thanks for looking (and any comments or criticisms!)
