OMG THE EYES!  So cute!  I think I have some big ass googly eyes to use.  Wink

I really like how you used different colors for the shell, stripes and head.  He's unique.

Hooray, he's finished!
His name is Biadin (BEE-uh-din) according to my 3yo, who now owns him.

Is there a better way to sew the bits on? Some trick or something?

Lots of fun for my first finished project! I used Sugar & Cream cotton. He's yellow instead of green because yellow is my son's favorite color. I did his shell in a spiral without joining because I didn't stripe it, just used variegated.

So cute!  I love how versatile this pattern is, and how incredibly different all the turtles look.

Hello all I'm pretty new here!  I was checking the crochet topics since it's my newest favorite hobby!  And I found the perfect thread, turtles... they are always a huge hit with our family!  So I thought I'd jump right in and make one!

Okay so I need 10 posts before I can post a picture!  Off to make some posts!
