this is my creative zen(aka the love of my life)

this is its brandie new hoodie. its made from fuschia fleece(fuschia sounds cooler than pink Wink). the lining of the hood is fuschia and gold with gold string for the pull cord things or whatever they're called. i made it using a tutorial from www.diynetwork.com.Theres a hole in the bottom for the headphones. I was thinking of cutting out a square inside for the screen but i don't know if it will fray? i use the pocket for my ear buds to keep them nice and toasty. sorry the pics are blurry  Undecided

awesome. I like fuschia much better than pink too. I was thinking about getting the new creative because I had the micro.

with fleece (at least in my experience) it tends to roll (like a cut t-shirt) but if u wanted to add a window ud just have to stitch a hem....
But this is a really cute thing.... no if only my zen worked.... Sad

thanks for the comments everybody!

lexi_icedrink: i think i might add sleeves this weekend. woo!

beeshebags: that stinks..the tutorial wasn't that helpful actually. i sort of made it up as i went along using the pieces it said to cut out which are a long rectangle three times the length of the player, a square and a lining for the hood, and a rectangle with folded over corners for the pocket. hope that helps.

Thanks for that, I'll see how I go.....won't look as good as yours I'm sure.....but I'll give it a go.  I'll try and remember to take pics when I do.
