My mom's birthday is coming up and she found this adorable swim wear, cover up outfit thing in the Victoria's Secret catalog. Thing is, it's on clearance and just about like anyones luck, they don't have her size, color and what not. So she asked me if it would be easier to just try and find somewhere else or if i would be able to make her one. I've never really tried sewing anything major without a pattern and i'm not the greatest at altering patterns either. But i figured i might as well try, so i was hoping you could help me find a pattern that resembles it as closely as possible. Thank you much!

KwikSew - 3330 Has a bikini with skirt attached to it, but not quite like this one.
It will be pretty complicated with a skirt with several layers.
I'm currently working testruns for a bikini that covers a bit more, but the bottom is a basic panties pattern with a skirt attached to it. (I'm doing testruns first because I'm not just gonna cut in 30/meter fabric.)
McCall's - M5400 Has a top that covers a bit more, but is also not quite like the pic you linked to.
