My best friend is turning sixteen next month, and since "sweet 16" is a bit more special than most, I'd like to do something more for her birthday this year.
One idea I had was to give her a little something each day for the sixteen days leading up to her birthday, and giving her my "main" gift on her actual birthday, but I'm not sure what I could give her each of those days. But, I'm open to any ideas (outside of the 16 days idea)!
Her birthday is in March, she's Puerto Rican and loves to dance, cook, and scrapbook. That's not a lot of details, I guess, but I really just need some general ideas. I thought of making her a scrapbook, but her and I have made several of those for our friends, so I'd like to do something different?

Sorry for the length, and thanks so much for any help!  Smiley

Maybe you could make little clues about what her real present is. Or, you could make all of the presents have some common link, like they're all in her favorite color, or all the same type of present (jewelry, clothes, etc).

Since she likes cooking, you could make little fridge magnets in the shape of food items. The same goes for dancing. That would be pretty inexpensive. You could also get her scrapbook materials for some of the 16 days beforehand.
