The colours have reminded me of pastel skittles, yummy. Haha.

Gorgeous Journal & lunch box you've received photog_in_plaid.  I love the colours & the attention to detail!  The fabric looks like it's been decorated by hand with fabric markers... has it?

The journal you made with the exposed spine is very elegant!  I really like the simplicity of the design and the clean fresh colour scheme.

Edited to Add: Here's a sneaky peek at the journal that I sent to Karia last week.  More piccies when it has been delivered....

I sent a swap angel package to photog_in_plaid and look at the thank you she sent me!!!!  It is sooo gorgeous, I was shocked when I opened my mailbox.  One of the most amazing things about this journal is that it is made WITHOUT any glue!  Glueless!   Shocked

I would love to know how to do this....Thank you so much for sending this, you are so talented!!

Shocked that is gorgeous! Is that the buttonhole binding again? I'd love to try that sometime!

I've attempted binding without glue before but never have the books come out as beautiful as this! I want to know the tricks.

Love it!  What a sweet thing to do.

I do like the 'button-hole' binding and must try it sometime.

It is the button hole binding and it is indeed completely glueless.
I just tried to write out how to do this binding but realized it was far too confusing without photos, so I will put together a tutorial...if anyone is interested.
