That sounds like the title of a novel.  Or maybe that's just me.  =)

I realized that I spend ridiculous amounts of time looking at other people's stuff on craftster, but *gasp* have never posted any of my own.  So I rustled up all the crafted items lurking in my dorm room and took pictures of them.

A baby blanket, that was intended for a pregnant friend, but she miscarried.  I'll probably donate it to Project Linus.

Close up:

Another blanket, probably for charity.  There are actually about ten blankets I made in between these two, its really an unhealthy addiction.  I just finished this tonight and now I've already started another one.  o.O

All folded (its really much more purple, these pictures look too blue-ish):

And my first attempt at a hat, in which I completely forgot one of the first rounds of increases, resulting in a significantly smaller product.  Fortunately, the next one came out normal sized and this one keeps Grumpy's ears warm.

Modeled by Grumpy Bear, obviously.  I couldn't seem to coax a smile for the camera.  Wink

Thanks for looking.  =D

project linus is a really good cause. My bff still has the blanket that she got for my godson when he was hospitalized for some major burns...I had never even heard of it until then....Now I want to take a lot of my scrap yarn and make baby blankets for them...

And I really like the first one, btw. the colours are quite pretty Smiley

Love the 2 blankets, but my fave is the blueish/purpleish one. looks soft n comfy and the design is great!

Thanks!

I love making things for charity, it gives me an excuse for crocheting all the time and not feeling guilty about it!  Haha!
