Okay...so I'm the loser who hasn't posted pictures yet. I received the most awesome package from poprock 6903. *image chunky*

The whole loot:

p.s. I KNOW I'm forgetting something...I just can't figure out what! Please enlighten me, poprock!!

Funny: A measuring tape that says "Size matters."

Green: A knitting notions bag with the cutest lining everrrrr.

The lining:

Hard: A stitch guide for my sewing machine. It works awesome!!

"T": A Bloo project tote!!!!!!!! I looooooove itttttt!!!!

Local: Yarn from the town she attends school in.

This one is either Round or Sender's Choice. I'm pretty sure it's sender's choice (kicks self for waiting so long to post):

A ball of Noro Kureyon  Kiss

It's quite comfy with it's new family of Noro:

And just because my partner was soooo awesome, she sent me sock yarn!! I guess she was tired of hearing me whine & complain about wanting to knit socks. Check it out! I think I can, I think I can!

Thank you so much poprock6903!! This was one of the best swaps everrrrr!

kbauer has asked that I post a picture of the round item, so here it is... I made the Calla Coasters from the Purl Bee blog, and then I felted them. I made them from Knitpicks Wool of the Andes in Tulip and Rain.

Thanks! They're easy to do once you get your DPNs wrangled!

Haha... you're quite welcome, kbauer! Bonus points for using the phrase "like a champ" because that's highly underused anymore.

Hello! I received from my partner today! Here's a photo!

I'm guessing on the labels...

Local-a ring from an etsy shop located in Boston. This may also encompass what looks like handspun. It's the grey yarn.

Round-a yarn cake of orange yarn. I like orange yarn! There is also a "knitting is knotty" button. This could also be round!

Green-2 skeins Sugar and Cream. I know just what to do with it!

T-Texas Longhorn cross stitch kit

Funny-a book! (must finish the other two I have going before I start this one...) Tears of a Class Clown

Hard- a organizing container. I was just eyeballing these today!

Choice- Mancala! With animal markers! Mancala is HUGE in my family. and one of the few games at which I beat my Seester almost every time.

Extra- A Boston Derby Dames Sticker! How fun! And Some Purple yarn too! Yay!

Thank you Thatswhatshesaid!

I like making stuff. Rumor has it, I'm an elf. Like a Santa Elf, not one of those elegant LOTR types.  Mostly because I compulsively craft and partially because I have green shoes.

OK - someone gave me a sock monkey for my poppet - so I had to make some little friends for him! and so this is what became of the brown yarn my partner sent me (about half of it anyways)

new friends for poppet Breezy and her pal George the sock monkey:

hugging teddy (who is not really so great - but at least he has character)

close up of kitty

they need faces and such - but they are a good ways towards being done - I will update when I finish them but wanted to share since I won't finish them up for a while!

now to make a vest for the bear to make him less gangly looking, and add eyes and noses and whiskers on the kitty!
