I made this for the DLM swap, but now she's received, I'll post here.

This is the first project I've done with the sewing machine, and I really didn't have a pattern. I looked at a small tote bag my daughter has, and sort of winged it from there. It turned out great (and you can see how big it is hanging off my kitchen chair) :)I hand-painted the design. The fabric is a canvas-weight fabric that was on clearance. Thanks for checking it out!

On a side note: The main character in DLM is killed by a toilet seat falling from the sky, and in homage, her sister steals toilet seats and hangs them on a tree nearby. Hence the cleaver "groceries and toilet trees" along with the toilet tree Smiley
