My daughter had me make this for her friend.  Bottle Fairies is one of the sweetest anime!

And here's the pattern:

I used white worsted weight yarn

head
1. ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook
2. 2 sc in each sc around
3. sc in first sc, 2 sc in next sc around
4. sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc around
5-8. sc in each sc around
9. sc in next 2 sc, decrease over 2 sc around add 9 mm safety eyes to front now.
10. sc in next sc, decrease over 2 sc around
sl st in next st, finish off, leaving a long tail for sewing.  Stuff.

body
1. ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook
2. 2 sc in each sc around
3. sc in first sc, 2 sc in next sc around
4. sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc around
5. sc in next 2 sc, decrease over 2 sc around
6-9. sc in each sc around
10. sc in next sc, decrease over 2 sc around
sl st in next st, finish off, stuff.

whipstitch head to body.

ears (I didn't write this down when I made her, so I'm going to guess and hope it's the same--sorry)
1. ch 2, 5 sc in 2nd ch from hook
2. sc in each sc around
3. 2 sc in each sc around
4. sc in each sc around
(I think that's where I stopped, but you could try adding one more row of sc if the ears don't seem tall enough)
press ears flat and sew to head

Wings (make 2 with pink)
1. ch 2. (sc, hdc, dc, 2 trc, dc, hdc, sc, sl st) in 2nd ch from hook.  finish off, leaving a very long tail for sewing.

sew to back on neck line.  When you weave in your ends, pull the yarn to the place where the nose will be and embroider it with that yarn, then embroider the pink on the ears, too.

Legs (make 2 for each leg--so 8 in all)
1. ch 5, sc in back of chain, finish off, leaving a long tail.
2. sl st the two pieces together along the edges with the leftover tail--it's tricky, but it works.
trim extra ends but one--use it to sew to body.

tail
1. ch 2, 4 sc in 2nd ch from hook
2. sc in each sc around until it is about 1 1/2 inches long.

sew to body.

add a tiny bell on a pink ribbon around her neck, if you like.

thanks!  I wrote the pattern down, sort of, but I still need to organize it to make it understandable.

Aww, that's so cute!

inked79 - I've gotten the snap on eyes at A.C. Moore, that's the only place I've been able to find them. There was only one size though, 12mm. I'm not sure how big these are, because there's nothing to see the scale. But I found them with the wiggly eyes, near the bottom.
