Did you use one of the tutes where you use spray adhesive to adhere the fabric to a template you cut out? 'Cause looking at yours again, it's just amazing!

I didn't use a tutorial. I made my own pattern for it which was based on an actual chinese takeout box.
I actually used fabric glue that comes in a tube which I painted onto my form. My form is made with something like masonite.
