tried this and its easy to follow- good pics- thanks-
after turning the bag inside out- i folded the lining edges inward and
then sewed the sucker up- 
for outside i used cut up t-shirts i had screen printed with paper
stencils- zipper i used from a school bag i found in the trash-

ok i love this and i made some, but i have 2 fabrics and i wanna make a reversable purse, can someone help me? I'm tryingto figure it out, and i cant just turn it inside out because the zipper would be the wring way... thanks in advance! ~ Liz

You'll have to find a special reversable zipper to do that.  The zipper pull slides from one side of the zipper to the other.  Sorry, I can't give you any leads on where to find them as I've never looked for them.  They do exist, though.

this was my first sewing project. the instructions were so easy to follow i made two in no time at all. i'm still having trouble figuring how to sew straight lines and sew the pouch the right size for the zipper, but practice will make perfect!

those are nice!
and practice helps a whole lot. i've made a ton of 'em, and only recently have i got down what i need to do. but i still mess up a lot.

thanks for the great tutorial, made my first one today, but i have to wait for my swap partner to recieve than i can post. tomorrow going to make about 10 for teacher presents for my kids teachers and some of their buddies.
