What do people think of this method vs. Amy Karol's version in Bend the Rules Sewing?  This seems much simpler, though I've yet to try this way.  I've done the BTRS way, and can't seem to get the zipper to lay flat around the corners...maybe I'm being too picky?

Wow i loved this tut. Grin  i had to make some too!
First one i made is a blue one, but didnt come out as i expected, so i ain't showing Wink

I made too more:

This one is for moi, it's pretty.

Check out that bow, with a cute button.

inside, the lining is this some old white fabric i found that day. lucky me!

And this on i made for my friend, with her initial, i don't really like it a lot but my friend loves it, at least she says she does.

What do you guys think? I'll make more soon, when i dont have to study so much.
by the way everybody else's pouches look so nice, so so so cute, love 'em!

It's made of linen, rick rack, and a vintage calendar tea towel.
