I made a hangtag with a pic of my brother wearing the original shirt on the front. I look forward to giving it away tomorrow.
 
Do you have a link to the original or a tutorial?  I've seen the shirt made into a tank dress, but never one like this.  I have a couple of my husbands shirts saved to make dresses for my little one... some day...

I have never seen a tut for "my" model. I just cut the front and back looking at a sleeveless dress I had, and added sleeves.
