Thank you very much!  And even though I'm sick and feel like poo, I managed to finish this outfit today.

Real denim jeans!

Close up of shoes.  I made them from thick foam (the stuff you find in the kid's aisle at Michael's) and fabric scraps.

I think one brand is called "fun foam" but "craft foam" works just as well. Smiley Great shoes they are super cute and the jeans are adorable too.

Thanks, everyone!

To make the shoes, all I did was trace around my poppet's foot.  I cleaned up the lines a little bit to make a good pattern piece, then cut the soles out of foam.  I then placed the sole on the bottom of my poppet's foot and measured across the top to see how long the fabric would have to be.  I sewed a strip of fabric so I had sort of a lining thing going on (so the rough edges wouldn't show) and glued the short edges to the outside of the soles with FabricTac glue.  If this isn't clear in any way, let me know and I can make a tut for the poppet-along thread.

Oh, thank you very much, Seraphina_de_Sangre.

I think everyone here does such a wonderful job making poppets and poppet clothes.  There is so much talent in this thread alone, not to mention the poppet-along thread and all the others.
